SUBJECT AND DEFINITIONS

These policies apply without restriction or reservation to all online sales offered by the company SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE on the website www.gc-lurton-estates.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
The Site is an e-commerce platform that allows internet users (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyers") to purchase wine and/or service rituals offered for sale on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "the Products").

The applicable version of the refund policies is the one available online on the Site at the date of the Buyer's order.
These refund policies prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE.

APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1. DELIVERY TIMES AND REFUNDS

The Site mentions indicative delivery times for each Product offered for sale, based on territories and delivery methods.

The average delivery time for mainland France (excluding Corsica) is 7 working days. For products in the "Our Rarities" category exclusively, the average delivery time is 15 working days.

If delivery is not made within 30 days, the Buyer can cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written notice on another durable medium, if, after having instructed SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE, using the same methods, to make the delivery within a reasonable additional time, it has not done so within this time frame.

The contract is considered resolved upon receipt by SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE of the letter or the written notice informing it of this resolution, unless it has performed in the meantime.

In case of termination of the contract under the above conditions, the Buyer will be refunded all sums paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.

SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE reserves the right, in any case, to contact the Buyer to offer alternative refund solutions for the price of the Products and delivery costs. The Buyer must explicitly express and on a durable medium their acceptance of the choice of an alternative refund method.

Guaranteed delivery times do not apply to the sale of en primeur wines, or for any order containing one or more en primeur wines.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

2.1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order by the Buyer or a third party designated by them.
During this period, the Buyer has the right to return the Products, without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties, for an exchange or credit.
This right of withdrawal is exercised provided that the Products are returned within fourteen (14) days following the notification to SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE of the Buyer's decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories included) allowing them to be resold in new condition. That said, any opened bottle will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

2.2. To exercise their right, the Client must notify their decision to withdraw:
By mail to the following address: SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE, 29 Bis Rue de la Trémoille, 33460 Margaux, using a clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw.

2.3. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded, return costs being borne by the Client.
It is recommended that the Buyer uses a tracked service to return the Product.

2.4. The Buyer must keep proof of deposit of the package with the carrier responsible for the return. In case of a dispute, proof of shipment lies with the Buyer. Without this proof, no exchange or refund can be made in case of loss of the package.

2.5. Refund of payments received, including delivery costs, will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the day SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw.
However, SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE may defer the refund until it has received the Product or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of the Product, the date taken being that of the first of these facts.
DVGL will refund using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer explicitly agrees to a different method.

2.6. In accordance with Article L.221-28, 4° of the Consumer Code, SOCIETE CHATEAU FERRIERE - BOUTIQUE reminds the Buyer that the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for Products subject to customization or specific requests from the Client (such as personalized packaging, special formats, etc.).
Similarly, under Article L. 221-28, 7° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty (30) days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the professional's control.
